The hotel-restaurant has just received the European eco label, “service hébergement touristique”, for its commitment to maintain a high environmental standard. The renovation work carried out to the hotel has been done with the utmost respect for our beautiful planet.
The owner of the hotel, Ms Serreau, has been recognized for her work by the granting of the title “Maître restaurateur” by the Préfecture.
The hotel Gourmandine has been awarded 3 “fouchettes” by the Michelin guide.
The “Bistro Côté jardin” has recently opened and offers an extra dining space for al fresco lunches. We provide a quick service with a simplified menu, using fresh local produce.
Finally in 2011, our new project will be completed. We will complement the existing facilities by adding a flotation bath, a steam room, a new seminar room with the latest technology, with an extra 4 more bedrooms, located in an eco construction within the garden.
