Within our beautiful garden, we have two small ponds where wildlife finds refuge. We try to ensure that our garden is wildlife friendly.

Water lilies, crickets, palm trees, aromatic plants, this garden has been designed to create a restful ambiance.

We are expecting in the near future, the Gourmandine will be recognised with “the refuge for birds” awards.

The garden has 30 palm trees originating from the tropical areas of the world.

M. Serreau is a member of the association “fou de palmier” and maintains the garden to achieve his professional standard.

We keep a small part of the garden for growing herbs.

The aromatic herbs and plants are used by our head chief to enhance the flavour of his creations.
